It is designed to help experienced leaders navigate senior career transitions with clarity, confidence, and strategic intent.
Through a structured series of eight modules, participants gain a clear understanding of how senior hiring decisions are made, how executive careers are positioned in the market, and how to approach the search process in a focused and effective way. The programme addresses key elements of executive transition including market positioning, leadership narrative, networking strategy, executive search engagement, interview preparation, and negotiation.
Executive Pathfinders is delivered in small, carefully selected cohorts, creating an environment where experienced leaders can learn, reflect, and develop their strategy alongside a peer group facing similar transitions.
Programme places are typically priced at £4000 + VAT with payment plans available.
